- 2 pieces — • While in Demonform quickly gain Infernal Hunger stacks, each increasing the damage you take by 50%. Killing enemies and Demons or hitting Elites converts Infernal Hunger stacks into Demonic Strength, each granting 2 increased Damage for 20 seconds.
- 3 pieces — • Demonform increases your Maximum Life by 1000%, each stack of Demonic Strength grants 0.25 additional Maximum Life.
- 5 pieces — • Demonic Strength's bonuses are increased by 150% and now persist after you leave Demonform. While you have Volatility, your Hellfire Skill damage is increased by 66 and you gain Infernal Hunger twice as fast.
