Skill Modifiers
- Solar Wind — Wind Shear automatically seeks enemies and spawns a Dancing Bolt when it hits an enemy dealing upgradec dancingbolt damage. Wind Shear may only hit 4 targets and may hit the same target.
- Spirit — Wind Shear restores 1 Spirit each time it hits an enemy.
- Barrier — Wind Shear grants a Barrier for 2% of your Maximum Life for each enemy hit up to a maximum of 60%.
