Skill Modifiers
- Relentless Bolt — Frost Bolt launches an additional projectile after the first. Each projectile deals upgradea following payload damage.
- Shatter — Frost Bolt shatters when it hits a Frozen enemy, exploding for upgradeb shattered payload damage and Chilling for 40%.
- Static Shock — Frost Bolt becomes a Shock Skill that deals Lightning damage. Frost Bolt arcs 1 to 3 times to additional enemies, dealing upgradec chain payload damage with each arc and Weakening them for 4 seconds.
