Wrath Cost: X Lucky Hit Chance: X%% Send forth a shadowy chain, dealing impact damage along the way and linking up to 2 enemies for 5 seconds. Enemies caught in the chain are Slowed by 30% and take chain impact damage per second.
Skill Modifiers
- Chain Burst — Umbral Chains explodes for chain burst tooltip damage when stretched to its maximum or when it expires. If this happens early then any damage the chain would have done is added.
- Epicenter — Umbral Chains now always creates a chain link back to you. Additionally, a chain is created between you and each Greater Demon Summon for up to 30 seconds.
- Chain Whips — Umbral Chains becomes a Hellfire Skill and whips around your target, dealing chain whip tooltip damage per second to surrounding enemies and striking a 25% larger area when empowered by Volatility.
